These are the classic, historic wines of the winery, created in honour of the Controlled Designation of Origin. Produced since 1969, these labels represent Cantina Enotria, and form the backbone of its production. They embody the philosophy of popular and affordable wines that has always guided those who work here.

91 is a beach, one of those frequented by the people of Cirò in the summertime. They say: “See you at 91!” because the beaches here are so long that they’re numbered. To reach 91, we follow the rows of grapevines until the land fades into waves of sand, and then into the sea.

This Charmat-method sparkling wine, with extended fermentation and two months of ageing in autoclaves, is produced from 100% Pecorello grapes. A sparkling wine with delicate notes of ripe fruit and a persistent perlage, it’s an exceptional companion to cool evenings on the long beaches of Cirò Marina.
